In silhouette

A photography technique that frequently catches my eye is the use of silhouette – placing a subject directly between a primary light source and the camera. The effect can be painterly or haunting or evocative. It can break a subject down to basic ideas conveyed only by line and shape, where an individual might appear iconic. Collected here are a handful of recent photographs from around the world, where we can only see the outlines of the subject, our minds (and the captions) are left to fill in any details in the darkness.

TF1 choisi le photographe David Ken ( Auteur du LOL Project), pour sa campagne d’affichage Masterchef, 4 visuels, 6000 faces partout en France.
Le jeudi 19 août, TF1 lancera Masterchef. Ce concours culinaire permet à des cuisiniers amateurs de réaliser leur rêve : vivre de la cuisine.

J’ai participé vendredi dernier au LOL Project.

A moins de débarquer d’une autre planète, de sortir d’un coma profond ou de ne pas avoir de Facebook (non ça c’est plus concevable aujourd’hui ) impossible de passer à côté du LOL Project ou Projet LOL en français. Déjà, pour le public non averti de mon blog, LOL est l’acronyme de Laughing Out Loud, que l’on pourrait traduire en français par « Mort De Rire », le fameux MDR.
